Our products are thoroughly inspected before shipping and we guarantee all to be free from factory defects for the first 30 days as long as you follow care instructions. If you believe you have received a defective product, prior to returning the item, please email us with an image of the defect and your order number for our review.
Returned items must be new, unused, unwashed, unworn, and undamaged with original tags attached. Return shipping costs is covered by the customer and customer is responsible for shipping tracking information as We are not responsible for any lost/missing returns.
Any damaged items that have signs of wear or do not confirm with us return policy will be declined and the item will be shipped back to the original address at the customer’s expense.
